How does your Re:Yak scheme work?Updated 17 days ago

We accept PreLoved Yaks in any condition (as long as their neck/back labels are intact) in-store and online (UK only). Just make sure to wash them first!

How Re-Yak works:

Return: You can recycle your Yaks by post (UK only) using our recycle portal here, or in any of our stores, which you can find here.

Reward: Receive a voucher up to £25 to spend in store or online. £5 vouchers have a minimum spend of £20 and all other vouchers have a minimum spend of £60.

Recycle: We'll give your Yaks a new home or we'll recycle them.

How much will I get for my PreLoved Yaks?

Dungarees: £25

Short Dungarees: £15

Boilers & Jumpsuits: £25

Jeans: £20

Dresses: £15

Shirts & Blouses: £10

Trousers & Joggers: £20

Skirts: £15

Shorts: £10

Jumper & Cardigan: £20

Vest & Tee shirts: £5

Pyjamas (Full set) - £10

Fleece & hoodies: £20

Jackets: £25

Mini Pini: £10

Bags & Accessories: £5

Clean tights, socks, hair accessories & clean underwear bottoms will be accepted for recycling in-store only, but we do not offer a voucher in exchange for these products.

Can I Re:Yak outside of the UK?

Re:Yak is UK only for now, but keep an eye out for exciting updates in the future!

ReYak T&Cs

PreLoved pieces must have a full and intact neck/back label. We cannot accept items back for Re:Yak PreLoved if they are missing a neck/back label or if the neck/back label has been cut or damaged in any way.

PreLoved vouchers of £5 have a minimum spend of £20 and all other PreLoved vouchers have a minimum spend of £60. 

Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of receipt.

Customers receive one voucher per product. For example, if you brought back x4 pairs of dungarees, you would get x4 £25 vouchers (with £60 minimum spend attached to each).

Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount code.
