What is the Comfort Club?
The Comfort Club is a little something from us, to you, to say thank you for your continued support.
We are excited to announce our brand new rewards programme - where you can earn points, redeem rewards and have access to members only perks.
How do I join the Comfort Club rewards programme?
If you’re part of You & Yak, you’re all set! You’ll be automatically moved across to our new programme. If not, you can join in just a few clicks here.
What are the perks of joining?
Why join? We wouldn’t be here without the love and support from our community and so we wanted to give something back, as our way of saying thank you. We want all of our community to enjoy the Comfort Club, so there is a range of ways that you can earn points to then put towards your favourite products. As a Comfort Club member, you will also receive invites to exclusive events and enjoy early access to some of our most exciting launches.
How do I earn points?

Birthday points! Points are added to your account on your birthday
How do I view my point balance?
You can easily view your points anytime in your account. You can view these here and see how close you are to your next reward!
What are pending points?
Approved: These points are available to exchange for rewards.
Pending: These points are being verified and will become available soon.
Cancelled: These points won’t be added to your account, such as when an order is cancelled or fully refunded.
How do I redeem my points?
Ready to redeem? Just choose the reward value you’d like and the system will swap the points for a discount code. This can then be used online or in store, just make sure to keep your code handy!
Do my points expire?
Points have no expiry - the discount codes generated when you redeem the points expire in one year.
Do I receive points for purchases made prior to joining the Comfort Club?
As the Comfort Club is a new programme, points will be given on all purchases made from the start date 30th April 2026 and added to your account. Any purchases before this time won’t be applicable.
Are there tiers?
We’ve made things even better by putting all of our community on the same level, so everyone gets equal access to rewards, no tiers needed.
Can I use my points and discount code on a purchase?
Yes! Our points vouchers can be stacked with most discount codes.
Is there a minimum spend to use my points?
No minimum spends are applied to spend vouchers, though these orders may be subject to postage fees after the discounts are applied.
What if I return a product for which I earned points?
Your points will remain the same for 40 days while any returns or exchanges are processed. After that, points for the Yaks you’ve kept will land in your account.
What happened to You & Yak?
Some perks will feel familiar to our You & Yak programme, but this new rewards programme has been shaped by your feedback of wanting more from a rewards programme. The Comfort Club was created so that there are more ways for our community to redeem points, meaning that more people can have access to their favourite Lucy & Yak pieces.
What happened to my old You & Yak points?
As this previous system is being replaced, old points are no longer available. The good news is the new programme brings even better perks, more ways to earn and exciting rewards we think you’ll love!
I don’t live in the UK (or US for US site) can i still join?
Yes you can! The scheme is open to all our customers worldwide.
Does this apply to Lucy & Yak and L&Y?
Our points scheme applies to both Lucy & Yak and L&Y, so you can earn and redeem rewards across both of these ranges.
Can I gift my rewards?
Point vouchers are issued directly to your account and stay there for you to use whenever you like. If you’re sending a gift, you can still apply them to your order and have the Yaks sent straight to the recipient instead!
