We offer exchanges to folks in the UK only; our international customers can return for a refund or store credit and reorder.
UK orders placed to a collection point won't be eligible for our usual exchanges options - we're only able to offer exchanges to home addresses. Go ahead and contact our helpful Customer Happiness team here to update your delivery details.
In order for the exchange system to work, we need to allocate a certain amount of each item to this system, so if these items have already been allocated to other exchanges they will show as unavailable, even if they are available on our website.

We'd recommend sending this back for a credit note and then you can reorder when you receive this. You'll get your credit as soon as your order is on it's way back to us, so we suggest returning your order as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your desired items.
