Can I edit or cancel my order?Updated 16 days ago
It's no trouble to edit or cancel your order! Just make sure to do so within 30 minutes of placing it. You can do this from our order confirmation page.
Amend Address:
You can easily amend your shipping address within 30 minutes. If this time has passed and your parcel hasn’t been shipped, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll try to catch it before it’s parcelled.
Change Size:
Changed your mind on the size you want? Simply swap to your desired size, providing it's in stock.
Swap Products:
Depending on stock availability, it's no problem to change the colour of your item, or swap to a different item entirely! If an item is more expensive, you'll be taken to our checkout to pay the difference.
Add or Remove Items:
Forgot an item in your basket? You can easily add or remove items from your order and you'll either be taken to checkout to pay the difference, or receive a refund for anything you've removed.
Cancel your order:
If you no longer require your items, you can easily cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
Can I apply a discount code after I've ordered?
We're unable to apply a discount after an order has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order so you can place a new one.
Please note:
- Once the 30 minute window has passed, you'll no longer be able to edit your order. If it's not yet been dispatched, please reply to your order confirmation or contact us at [email protected] and we'll try our best to amend your order before it's parcelled.
- Orders placed using the following delivery methods cannot be edited via the portal: DPD Pick-up, InPost Locker Collection and Standard EU Shipping. Instead, please contact our team at [email protected] to request a change before your order ships.
- If you used a monetary discount code on your order, it may be automatically split across your items. Simply get in touch with our team after amending your order, and we can help out.
