Why are there no express shipping options available to me?

We currently limit orders to a maximum of €150. Doing this means Vat is full paid at checkout, no extra fees on delivery, faster customs clearance and fewer delays! If your order exceeds this value, we'd recommend splitting your order into two.

What to do if my order was shipped to the wrong place or is lost?

If your parcel was misplaced or left in an unsafe location, like the recycling bin, try checking with your neighbours first as they may have seen or taken the parcel. If the parcel still hasn't turned up, just get in touch with our Customer Happiness
