There's a problem with my order

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your order. Please contact our Customer Happiness team here with your order number and a brief description of the problem and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Why are there no standard shipping options available to me?

To avoid any unexpected fees, we have temporarily capped EU orders and you will only be able to place an order to the value of €150 on our standard shipping option (Deutschepost) or €230 on our Express shipping option (DHL).

What to do if my order was shipped to the wrong place or is lost?

If your parcel was misplaced or left in an unsafe location, like the recycling bin, try checking with your neighbours first as they may have seen or taken the parcel. If the parcel still hasn't turned up, just get in touch with our Customer Happiness
