Delivery Information
We offer Standard 4-7 Day Delivery within the US for $14.99 or free for orders over $130.
We're working on an express delivery service for our US customers - so watch this space!
How do I track my order?
Please enter your correct email and phone number at checkout so we can send you delivery updates and tracking links.

Will I be charged sales tax & import taxes for U.S. orders?
There will be no additional fees to be paid on your order - the price you pay at checkout is the final price and takes sales tax for your location into account. You won't be asked to pay any extra!
Returns Information
We hope you love your Yaks. But if for any reason you need to return something, don't worry, we've got your back. You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to send it back for a full refund or store credit. (*exclusions apply).
Good news - we’ve extended our returns period for the gifting season!
Any items bought on or after 1st November 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
To start your return for orders beginning with a 'US' placed on or after Tuesday 16th December, head over to our portal here and enter your order number and email address to get started.
For orders placed before Tuesday 16th December, please use this returns portal here.
Return costs start from $15.00 for a USPS return label.
You can choose to return for a full refund or store credit. If you choose store credit you'll get an extra 10% to spend in store, as a thank you for shopping with us!

For faulty items, please contact our Customer Happiness team at [email protected] within our 365 day quality guarantee and be sure to include your order number or receipt and a picture of the fault and we'd be happy to look into the issue for you!
If your refund needs to be adjusted because you used a discount code or voucher with your purchase, please email us at the same Customer Happiness email address with your order number and details of the code used.
