How do I add Swap Protect to my order?

Swap Protect can be added to your basket at checkout.

How do I make a claim?

Head to our claims portal here to enter your order number and email address. Simply follow the steps to submit your claim to the Swap protect team.

What happens after my claim is submitted?

After a claim is submitted to the Swap Protect team you'll receive a conclusion within 48 hours.

Can my claim be rejected?

Your claim may be rejected by Swap Protect if your claim falls outside of the claim window or if the team suspect improper use of the service.

When can I make a claim?

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 3 days. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days. All claims must be filed within 30 days of the order date.

What does Carbon Neutral shipping mean?

When you add Swap Protect to your basket, Swap purchases carbon credits through Tree Nation to help offset the CO2 emissions associated with shipping your order. You can view the impact of using Swap Protect here.
